Bokkei Bokujo

A feed fermented with lactic acid bacteria, promoting a healthy intestinal environment

BioBank's special fertilisers activate beneficial bacteria in the soil, eliminate harmful microorganisms, improve the microbial ecosystem in the soil, and restore weakened crops to health. We also offer a variety of environmentally friendly products, including livestock odour-eliminating compost fermentation promoters and waste liquid odour-eliminating decomposers.

‘Bokkei Bokujo’ is a 100% plant-based, lactobacillus-fermented mixed feed for livestock called ’A Feed.’ It is made by fermenting raw materials such as molasses, rice bran, rapeseed oil cake, soybean oil cake, and soy protein with lactic acid bacteria. The fermented extract produced by our unique lactic acid bacteria helps improve intestinal health, enhance digestion and absorption, promote weight gain, and improve palatability.

‘Bokkei Bokujo’ is a mixed feed called “A Feed” that can be used for chickens, cattle, pigs, and fish. When added to compound feed at a rate of 0.1% to 1%, it promotes feed absorption and supports the health of livestock.
※Note
• This feed is not intended for use with any livestock other than those listed above. When selling this product, feed sellers are required to submit a notification to the prefectural governor at least two weeks prior to commencing operations, in accordance with the Feed Safety Act (Article 50).
(The type of feed for sale is classified as ‘plant-based and sugar-fermented feed.’)

The effects expected from ‘Bokkei Bokujo’ are as follows:

・Increased livestock weight gain
・Reduced chick mortality rate
・Improved feed efficiency per unit of weight

A feed refers to feed and its ingredients that are handled in such a way as to prevent the contamination of animal-derived proteins, etc., and that are supplied or are likely to be supplied to ruminants (cattle, sheep, goats, and deer) by farmers. ... A feed can also be given to chickens and pigs.

‘CHUGOKU SHIKOKU COLLEGE OF DAIRY FARMING’
Located in the Hiruzen Highlands of Okayama Prefecture, this public institution was established in November 1965 by the prefectures of Chugoku and Shikoku, as well as Hyogo Prefecture, to cultivate healthy dairy farming successors equipped with entrepreneurial management skills in response to the modernisation of agriculture in Japan.
We add ‘Bokkei Bokujo’ to milk fed to calves and utilise it for the health management of calves during the lactation period.
