Plant Oil is a dietary supplement containing high quality vegetable omega-3 fatty acids.

The term “fat and oil” may bring to your mind images of high calorie and a great enemy to beauty. However, general cellular metabolism is enhanced once the balances of fat and fatty oil are regulated, which in turn gives better results all over the body, including replenishing moisture and better skin fitness. Alpha-linolenic acid, one of omega-3 fatty acids, is designated as an essential fatty acid because it cannot be produced within the body and must be acquired through diet.

The intake of omega-3 fatty acids is integral to cell membranes in the skin. We can regulate fat and fatty oil balances by taking a high quality plant-derived oil. Our Plant Oil is abundant in flax seed oil which is rich in alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid. Omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids are also essential to achieve an ideal oil balance between fat and fatty oil. Our Plant Oil contains a proper balance of fatty acids extracted from 8 different plants that can help you achieve a better oil balance.

Flax Seed Oil

Oil from flax seeds. The main feature of this oil is a high alpa-linolenic acid content. Beta-carotene and vitamin E are also found in it.

Borage Seed Oil

Oil from seeds of borage, a type of herb. It is known for a high gamma-linolenic acid content.

Sunflower Oil

Oil from sunflower seeds. It contains vitamin E, calcium, and potassium, especially high proportion of linoleic acid.

Avocado Oil

Oil from avocado fruit. It contains unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid and linoleic acid.

Rice Oil

Blended rice oil with safflower oil. The main feature of this oil is the inclusion of oleic acid, linoleic acid and palmitic acid.

Perilla seed oil (purified egoma oil)

Oil from seeds of an annual plant in Perilla family. It is rich in alpha-linolenic acid and attracting people’s attention as a beauty-related food.

Tea Seed Oil

Oil from tea seeds. The major fatty acid is oleic acid, but also linoleic acid and palmitic acid are contained.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Oil expressed from olive fruits. It contains linoleic acid and linolenic acid, is especially rich in oleic acid.

Flax seed oil is rich in alpha-linolenic acid but weak against heat. The flax seed oil in our Plant Oil is obtained by a cold press process in order not to destroy components during purification. The cold press process allows for a pure oil extraction and abundant use of the unrefined flax seed oil in our Plant Oil. Furthermore, the capsule enfolding these 8 kinds of oil is made from plant-based material. Even for those who are sensitive to odor of oil would be able to keep taking this product every day without difficulty.

Gamma-linolenic acid < Omega-6 >

Although gamma-linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid, can be produced within the body, it tends to be deficient due to an individual’ s physical condition, aging, and high consumption of saturated fatty acid (animal fat). It is difficult to get sufficient amount of gamma-linolenic acid from food because it is only present in limited sources like breast milk, and few kinds of vegetable oils such as borage oil and evening primrose oil.

Alpha-linolenic acid < Omega-3 >

Alpha-linolenic acid is the basis of synthesizing EPA and DHA in the body. Unfortunately, alpha-linolenic acid cannot be produced within the body, so this must be acquired through diet. It is difficult to get alpha-linolenic acid from food because it is present only in a few vegetable oils such as flax oil and perilla seed oil.

Oleic acid < Omega-9 >

Oleic acid has received attention in recent years and is present in olive oil, rape seed oil, hazelnut, beef tallow, and lard. Although oleic acid is a highly active component, it has a lot of calories. We should choose vegetable based oil and try not to consume excessive amounts of animal fat (beef tallow and lard).
