Business Continuity Policy

BioBank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BioBank") is engaged in the manufacture and sale of plant-fermented extract supplements. BioBank recognizes that any disruption to these activities could make a significant impact on its customers' business activities and may result in a loss of their trust.
To address such threats that could disrupt our activities, BioBank has set up a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) based on the Business Continuity Policy, and is committed to continual improvement of its BCP in response to changes in both internal and external environments.

1. Prevention and Correction of Disruptions

BioBank identifies critical activities that must be prioritized for continuity and recovery. BioBank conducts comprehensive risk assessments related to potential disruptions and implements appropriate and proportionate control measures. In preparation for emergencies, BioBank establishes and maintains clear response frameworks and documented procedures to prevent business disruptions and achieve recovery within the recovery time objective . Where new risks that may cause an impact on business continuity are identified, corrective actions shall be implemented in a timely manner.

BioBank conducts regular training and exercises related to the BCP to enhance employee awareness of business continuity and strengthen organizational response capability.

In establishing and maintaining the BCP, BioBank complies with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as relevant domestic and international guidelines and other applicable obligations pertaining to business continuity. BioBank also strives to strengthen its resilience and adaptive capacity against climate-related and natural disasters, contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
